We’re pleased to introduce our new Enterprise Portal, designed to give you improved visibility, control, and autonomy in managing your accounts and subscriptions.
What is the new portal?
The new portal provides a more secure and streamlined experience, allowing you to review detailed information about your estate with a robust permissions model and enhanced access controls. It brings key operational and financial insights together in one place, making day-to-day management simpler and more efficient.
Key capabilities include:
- View and manage subscriptions, plans, and usage
- Monitor usage and plan consumption in near real time
- Access billing information and download invoices
The new portal will support most of the capabilities of the legacy portal when launched. Some capabilities, like high usage alert management and SIM assignment, are not available in the new portal yet; our team works to complete these gaps.
What happens next
We are releasing the portal gradually to all customers. During the next weeks, you will receive an email with a secure link to set up your password and access the portal. Your designated administrator will have the ability to create portal users and manage their permissions according to your organization’s needs.
Please note that the current Enterprise Portal will be decommissioned during Q2. You will receive a separate communication in advance with the exact timeline and migration details.
